One of the most beautiful lyrical steps in ballet, it takes a lot of practice. But, when you feel the timing and balance it helps other steps come easier. The most popular one starts with a failli, coupé, grand rond de jambe en dehor with a small cambré to the side, away from the rond de jambe, and finishes in attitude croisé back, usually followed by a turning pas de bourreé. A beautiful step and well worth working for. Can also be done with a jump. Failli Renversé.
