Pronunciation
A jump brush step. A step in which the working foot is picked up from fifth and quickly replaced in preparation for a small sissone fermé in the required direction. The step travels and the feet close sharply. The step can be done front and back, dessous and dessus. Can also be done with a dégagé before the sissone. A good step for coordination. Temps de cuisse: Back to Front, right foot {over}Back to Front, left foot {over}Front to Front without a change and, Back to Front {over}.
