Arabesque

Do the four Arabesque in a circle. Do the Ballet Walk or run in between the Arabesque. Orient the circle so that the audience is outside or inside the circle. Younger students may just do first Arabesque, or first and second, etc. Do this exercise in a big circle before the barre. The class needs to make a big circle, so everyone can orient their arms and legs.
